How we do the testing :
Step 1: Install CPU, Fan and Memory on Motherboard. Our well trained technician will assemble CPU, fan, memory and motherboard together. If CPU heatsink fan was not install correctly, the high CPU temperature will damage the CPU.
Step 2: Setup Monitor, HDD, FDD, CD-ROM, and Powersupply connections. This step is like assembling a system without a PC housing. We use AOpen AGP VGA card, AOpen 56X CD-ROM, AOpen 300W powersupply, AOpen KB & mouse, WD HDD and Panasonic FDD to setup the testing system.
Step 3: Check Motherboard BIOS version, update the MB BIOS to the newest veriosn. The main reason to update the MB BIOS is that the MB will be compatible with the newest CPU and other new hardwares in the market. Sometimes Windows XP also requires MB to update the BIOS.
Step 4: Run Windows XP Pro, load hardware drivers and setup BurnIn test program. We run windows XP Pro OS to make sure all the hareware have correct drivers for windows. If hareware is compatible with Windows XP then 99% they will be compatible with other Microsoft OS also.
Step 5: Run BurnIn test program and make sure all the hardware pass the test. The BurnIn test Program is designed by Passmark company. Passmark’s BurnInTest is a software tool that allows all the major sub-systems of a computer to be simultaneously tested for reliability and stability. For more information, please visit www.passmark.com.
Step 6: Pack the Motherboard bundle and ready for shipping. Our Shipping Dept. will carefully pack the bundle package ( included original MB Box, Manuals, drivers CD and retail CPU Box ) and ship it out by Fedex or UPS depend on your request.
